On October 7th, Dinuba High School’s choir took the stage for their highly anticipated Fall Concert, and it was a night filled with incredible music and talent. Directed by Calista Domingcil, the event brought together students, parents, and community members to hear what the choirs had been working hard on for months.
One of the significant challenges the choir faced this season was performing without an accompanist This situation required extra focus during rehearsals, as they worked to maintain their confidence and musicality. Despite these difficulties, the choir demonstrated remarkable resilience. “We did well although we did not have a pianist, They made me proud to be their director. All the stress I was under on the day of the concert was all worth it.”
The turnout for the concert was a big accomplishment, with a packed auditorium filled with supportive friends and family. The sense of community was strong, the support of everyone who went not only motivated the students but also emphasized the importance of their hard work. Looking ahead, the choir is excited about their upcoming performances and competitions. They are committed to continuing their growth and sharing their passion for music with the community.
