Sometimes we don’t have enough money to give a special someone a special something. So, I’m sharing some ideas I think are cute and simple that could be done for your loved ones. You won’t need anything fancy, you can use items you can find lying around your house for an easy but lovely valentine’s day gift!

“You’re the Jam!” cards:

Use a small amount of glue to glue the center of TWO coffee filters
Cut a 6 inch of any color pipe cleaner and roll it into a flat circle
Glue the flat circle pipe cleaner to the center of your coffee filters
Twist THREE green pipe cleaners together
Use Hot glue to glue the green pipe cleaners TO THE BACK of the coffee filters
Lastly, arrange the poppies in a bud vase!
Ruffled Valentine’s Candy Jar
Write loving words and add decoration on to a mason jar with markers or paint
Get seasonal fabric and cut a 1 inch wide strip
With a thread and needle sew a loose and long stitch along the edge of the fabric
Leave lengths of thread at either end (IMPORTANT)
Pull on the fabric and that extra thread at the end to give the fabric a ruffle or scrunching effect
Tie the ruffle at the top and around the jar
Fill with any choice of candy!!!
