Senior girls team
On April 29, 2025, Dinuba High School’s stadium came alive as the annual Powder Puff game kicked off, featuring Junior and Senior girls in flag football. Practices began on April 8 and wrapped up on April 24. Both teams put in hard work, and it showed on the field. After a challenging game, the senior girls claimed the win with the final score being 12-6.
The stadium was filled with families and friends showing their support. They also enjoyed a variety of snacks from pizza to shaved ice and aguas, making it feel just like a football game.
The game itself was full of excitement, big plays and nonstop cheering from the stands. The Juniors made a strong push, scoring and threatening to tie it up in the final minutes but the seniors held on to secure the victory.
“I feel like we put in the right amount of effort. Everybody gave their 100% today, no matter what was happening on the field, we all pushed past it and I think it really showed tonight.” ASB President Alexis Lopez shared.
With food, football, and school spirit all in one, this year’s Powder Puff was more than just a match, it was a night full of fun memories.
