College Signing Night recognized DHS seniors for taking the next step in their academic journey as they committed to colleges and universities across California. Held on May 11, 2026, in the new DHS gym, the event celebrated students in front of family, friends, staff, and fellow classmates.
Any senior admitted and committed to a four-year university or accepted into an honors program at a community college was invited to participate. Throughout the night, students were honored on stage as they proudly signed their admission to the college they will attend after graduation.
The event brought together an exciting and supportive celebration as seniors recognized years of hard work and dedication. Families and students decorated tables representing their future colleges with school colors, posters, flags, and balloons, showing their pride and excitement for the next chapter of their lives.
Along with the college recognition, guests enjoyed professional photos, a photobooth, activities, and light appetizers and drinks provided throughout the evening. The celebration gave students the opportunity to make lasting memories with friends, teachers, and loved ones before graduation.
College Signing Night highlighted the accomplishments of the Class of 2026 and reminded students that their hard work has opened the door for new opportunities and experiences ahead.
