Each year, the graduating senior class presents a gift to the school to cement their legacy and contribute to the incoming student body. This year, the graduating class of 2026, led by senior class president Muskan Thindal, decided that a mural was the perfect way to make their mark.
Think of the new campus as a total blank canvas. This mural is the first image, adding spirit and making it feel more welcoming, since 2026 is the first class to start the year here, and graduating, they wanted to create something historic, a symbol of starting a new chapter, including the class of 2025 in this awesome project, recognizing that they moved campuses as well. The image reflects the new Emperor logo, created when we moved to the new campus.
They chose the English building for the mural, adjacent to the balcony. It was chosen because it is one of the main buildings where all the main grades attend, so all students will see it. This whole project was paid for with money from the senior class account.
This mural is more than just cool art; it’s like the seniors are leaving a piece of their history here, turning the new school into a place with its own stories. It’s a nice thought about making the new campus feel more like the old high school, A symbol of change, sticking together, and about thinking ahead, not just about the graduating class, but a start of something amazing for the school’s future.
