As the year comes to an end, we see 2025 as our amazing yet crazy year. You may not know why, but after you’ve gone through this year, you will know why.  Let’s review some of the features and events of 2025.

In the first month of this year, the city of Los Angeles, California, faced the horrible wildfires. Many houses were burned and destroyed, leaving families homeless and depressed.  The next thing we knew was the devastating death of our great Pope Francis. Then there was the war between Iran and Israel. The United States supports Israel and is in combat with Iran, which causes citizens to protest for peace and against the war. Soon after that are the many immigration raids around the states between summer and autumn, and who knows when the next raid will happen. Suddenly, the assassination of Charlie Kirk appeared out of nowhere in September. That left us traumatized and devastated. Despite these horrific events, 2025 had been quite a good year.

Songs of 2025:

Singers and musicians, such as Olivia Dean, Bad Bunny, Taylor Swift, Morgan Wallen, Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus, and others have released their best albums with our favorite songs. Some songs have come from films, such as Wicked: For Good and K-Pop Demon Hunters.

Films of 2025:

All of the movies throughout the year have been our favorites. Dog Man, The Minecraft Movie, Lilo and Stitch, Elio, The Fantastic 4: First Steps, Happy Gilmore 2, Freakier Friday, Tron: Ares, Wicked: For Good, Zootopia 2, and every other movie became the best movies this year. I may have seen some of these before, but I like all the films, even though I haven’t seen those.

Now you know what 2025 is all about. This year had been fantastic, incredible, and a little wacky. I hope this will be even more amazing when we reach 2026.
